Welcome to my website and thanks so much for stopping by.

As ever there is much going on in my life with TV, radio and printed media work, personal appearances, an always busy but wonderful family life and of course the build up to London 2012 Olympics.

Within these pages I will cover as much of my work and activities as possible for you; reporting back from the more interesting and exciting things as well as keeping a diary of forthcoming events and activities so you can see what is coming up.

There will soon be more pictures to add to the gallery and I will also be expanding a new links page which will be made up of products, services and companies I genuinely use and support. Hopefully you might find something of interest and use to you too.
